Abstract:

The Final Proceedings for 4th International Symposium on Liquid Space Propulsion, Scientific Progress in the Service of Space Access at the Beginning of the Third Millennium, 13 March 2000 - 15 March 2000. The symposium is focused on Liquid Space Propulsion including all aspects of analysis, modeling, and design.
