Abstract:

This Joint Chiefs of Staff JCS Memorandum of policy MOP changes the terms Command, Control and Communications Countermeasures to Command and Control Warfare C2W It incorporates the term Electronic Warfare and integrates Psychological Operations PSYOP as one of the five principal military actions supporting C2W. IT focuses C2W on warfighting. It requires CinCs to integrate C2W into exercises, plans and orders, and requires them to address all aspects of C2W.
