Abstract:

This is a report of an occupational survey of the SERE Training career ladder conducted by the Air Force Occupational Measurement Squadron AFOMS. The current SERE Training career ladder was created in October 1994. Survey data will be used to identify current utilization paterns among career ladder personnel and evaluate career ladder documents and training programs. The last OSR for the SERE Training career ladder was published in June 1997.
