The Installation Restoration Program IRP Management Plan provides guidance on the management and execution of the Army IRP and supplements roles, responsibilities, and procedures contained in Army Regulation 200-1 and the accompanying Department of the Army Pamphlet 200-1 DA PAM 200-1. Note The DA PAM 200-1 is being published and currently is only available in draft. This management plan implements the Armys IRP in accordance with the Department of Defenses Management Guidance for the Defense Environmental Restoration Program March 1998. It applies to activities that are located in the states of the U.S., territories, and the District of Columbia. This document is not applicable to Army restoration activities overseas, the Base Realignment and Closure BRAC Environmental Restoration Program or the Formerly Used Defense Sites FUDS Restoration Program.
