Over the course of this project, our efforts have been focused on four distinct activities 1 the design of locally intelligent actuators control valve, 2 the development of a neuromodulatory control model of the heart, 3 development of a decentralized state estimation scheme for large scale problems, and 4 formulation of large scale fault estimation problems using mixed integer programming. These items are highlighted in the body of this document.
