1. A solid reactant mixture was developed for incorporation in a prototype hydrogen gas generating HGG system. The reactant mixture consists of lNH4CL 3LiAlH4 4Fe2O3 and 4 Kraton. This mixture generates hydrogen with a yield of 7.7 hydrogen and forms a solid residue. 2. A concept for a prototype hydrogen gas generating HGG system was developed. The HGG system consists of a reaction chamber, a holding tank with associated valves, and a cartridge loaded with the reactant mixture, filter, and ignition system.
