Abstract:

The primary objective was to determine the effectiveness of DoD plans to phase out the Automatic Digital Network. Specifically, we assessed 1 the effectiveness of plans by the Defense Information Systems Agency and the Military Departments to phase out the Automatic Digital Network and 2 the feasibility of phasing out the Automatic Digital Network before December 31, 1999.
