Abstract:

The purpose of this project was to demonstrate minimizing system-wide inventories of end-of tariff long sleeved mens dress shirts for Parris Island by using VPV and CARGOES to manufacture a level quantity of 100 shirts per week. Manufacturing emphasis was on maximizing automation to minimize costs.
