This report describes the efforts done in continuation of the ORCEN which developed the Force Structure Costing Model, Pro Forma, in FY 91. This spreadsheet based model provides quick results to inquires by the senior Army leadership regarding resource dollars savings that could be expected from force structure modifications. As an introduction to this model and the previous work done, readers are advised to look at ORCEN technical Report No. FY 9290-2 entitled Pro-Forma A Meta-Model for Force Structure Costing by MM James Cummings.
