The project examined intelligence support to the three main groups of Army long-range planners. The research was conducted in the Strategy and Doctrine Program of RANDs Arroyo Center, a federally funded research and development center sponsored by the United States Army. It should interest those with responsibilities either in futures intelligence, acquisition, force development, or other forms of long-range planning.
