Abstract:

All work performed by the Computer Sciences Corporation in support of Armstrong Laboratorys COLOR program is described in this document. Three reports, a database, and updates to this database were previously delivered covering six distinct tasks. The first deliverable was a support equipment database and corresponding documentation. The second highlighted Air Force acquisition policies and procedures. The third task was a preparation of a Payoff Assessment Analysis Study. Next, CSC identified the functional support needed for maintaining and servicing the F-16CD weapon system. Additional aircraft were investigated and reported in updates to the database documentation. A final report documented actual on-aircraft electrical power consumption measurements for numerous aircraft.
