Abstract:

The objectives of this study are threefold 1 To determine the feasibility of twelve designated Energy Conservation Opportunities ECOs on specified buildings 2 To provide programming documentation for qualifying projects 3 To determine the availability and cost of waste wood products within a fifty mile radius of the Depot. The wood products must be suitable for use as boiler fuel in the central beating plant in Building 336.
