Abstract:

This final report is submitted in accordance with the Schedule of Title I Services for Contract DACA90-81-C-0094 Energy Engineering Analysis Program FY 81 OMA, EEAP 007, Aschaffenburg, Wuerzburg, and Schweinfurt Military Communities, and as amended by Addenda Nos. 1, 2, and 3 to Appendix A and the Resume of Negotiations. The purpose of the Energy Engineering Analysis Program EEAP is to develop a comprehensive plan for the use of energy and to identify energy conservation projects at each of the military communities.
