Abstract:

This study was performed and this report prepared under Contract No. DACA0l-94-D-0033, Delivery Order No. 003. The Delivery Order was issued by U.S. Army Engineer District, Mobile, to E M C Engineers, Inc. on 28 September 1994. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Energy Conservation Opportunity ECO associated with converting the existing Ft. Greely power distribution system from a 2400 volt, 3-wire, ungrounded delta distribution system to a 4160 volt, 4-wire, grounded wye distribution system.
