This document contains the narrative description of the Energy Audit and Subsequent EnergyCost Analyses performed by Gehrmann Consult, GMBH and Baker And Associates hereinafter, the Engineers under U.S. Army Engineer District, Europe hereinafter, EDE contract DACA-90-DA-0065. The study was performed on two dining facilities of the 100th ASG command, Building 101 at Grafenwolar, Germany and Building 603 at Vilseck, Germany. This project was conducted as part of the Department of the Armys Energy Engineering Analysis Program EEAP. The overall objective of this report is to identify and develop projects that can reduce the energy consumption of the aforementioned dining facilities. These projects are to be in compliance with the objectives of the Army Facilities Energy Plan AFEP and are to, in no way, decrease the readiness posture of the Army. This study has been prepared in compliance with the General Scope of Work SOW dated 8 May 1992 and revised 1 September 1992 and its accompanying detailed Scope of Work. The complete SOW is included in this report as Appendix A in Volume III. All of the ECOs considered for this project are listed in Tab 3 of this Volume. All of the ECOs recommended for implementation are listed in Tab 5 of this volume. The calculated Savings to Investment Ratios SIRs and the relative rankings of the ECOs are also listed in Tab 4 of this volume.
