In response to the Nations commitment to energy conservation, the Army Corps of Engineers CoE has contracted with Grumman Aerospace Corporation to perform a Basewide Energy Study of three forts in Alaska. The purpose of the study is to produce a systematic plan of improvement projects to reduce energy consumption.
