This publication is the keystone document for C4 systems support to joint operations and provides guidelines to our commanders regarding automated information systems and networks. A vast array of information, underpinned by joint doctrine, is utilized to employ combat power across the broad range of military operations. Command, control, communications, and computer C4 networks and systems provide the means to synchronize joint forces.
