This objective of this project were 1 to prove convergence theorems for probability-one homotopy methods applied to H2 and combined H2H to infinity optimal model order reduction and controller synthesis problems, and 2 to develop a robust, fixed-structure MATLAB toolbox. This report consist of a paper on convergence theory for homotopy control algorithms, and a users guide for a MATLAB toolbox.
