Abstract:

On 1 Mar 90, the APS IVV program was awarded to CTA, Inc. This final report provides a summary of the tasks performed under the APS IVV contract and documents the lessons learned from performance of the IVV effort in an Evolutionary AcquisitionRapid Prototyping EARP environment. It documents an alternative to IVV derived specifically for an EARP development environment.
