This publication provides data on worldwide active duty military personnel casualties as reported during the period October, 1979 through September, 1994. It is intended to provide information for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and various other Department Federal government offices. A related list which contains additional detailed data on Military Service, name, pay grade, date of death, and home of record for all active duty military personnel who have died since October 1, 1979, is compiled annually.
