This training document has three objectives. First, to illustrate the capability of computer program WEAP to account for all supply and demand in a water balance analysis. Second, to provide a WEAP user with a document that illustrates how the program is applies to a multiple-use watershed with a major river and reservoir and to pass on the experience gained in this effort.
