Abstract:

The Research and Development Management Information System RDMIS is a multi-user system. Each site requires a system user who is the RDMIS point of contact to support the needs of the RDMIS users. A system user is responsible for maintaining site access, security, and administration of RDMIS whether networked or stand alone. This document provides the system user with information necessary to effectively maintain RDMIS.
