Abstract:

This paper describes a study, recommended in the Report of the Joint DODDOT Task Force, The Global Positioning System Management and Operation of a Dual Use System, to develop a recommendation for an optimum integrated system to provide GPS augmented services to the Federal government. Additionally the study will recommend a transition plan to implement such a system.
