During the period of the survey, the stations discharge to the city of Hayward had significant levels of chloroform and 1,4-dichlorobenzene. With the exception of chloroform and 1,4- dichlorobenzene, all quantifiable levels of pollutants discharged to the city of Hayward were below the maximum discharge requirements.
