Over the past few years, one of the important topics of discussion among representatives from the U.S. Army Waterways Experiment Station, the Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Committee on Water Quality has been the need to develop a more comprehensive and integrated Water Quality Research Program WQRP.
