This report is users guide for the Multiple-Aircraft Instantaneous Line Source MAILS atmospheric dispersion model. MAILS is an interactive air quality model containing an integrated database of aircraft engine air pollutant emissions. The intended application of the MAILS model is the prediction of ground-level air pollutant concentrations from low-altitude less than 3000 feet above ground-level military aircraft operations along military training routes.
