Abstract:

This directive reissues and updates reference a which is hereby superseded and cancelled. This Directive sets forth policy, responsibilities, and authority in matters pertaining to Department of Defense D0D highway needs and, when appropriate to the highway needs of other Federal agencies, during peacetime and emergencies, in the United States and its territories and possessions. The provisions of this Directive apply to the Military Departments and Defense Agencies hereinafter referred to collectively as D0D Components.
