Abstract:

Despite aviators misgivings, existing technology and procedural controls will be sufficient to provide effective command and control to the Light Armored VehicleAir Defense LAVAD. This paper analyzes need for an air defense weapons platform for the Marine Corps. Additionally, command and control issues are surfaced for review.
