Management education and training programs are established throughout the Federal Government to provide personnel engaged in management and staff support functions an opportunity to obtain the specialized education required by their job. These programs are primarily ServiceAgency operated schools offering management training covering a variety of subjects. These courses address common concepts and common skills for management needs. The information contained in this booklet pertains to the GS-343 and GS-895 Job Classification Series.
