This report covers final schedules, Expenses and billings, monthly reports, testing, and deliveries for this contract. The goal of the detector development program for the Solar and Heliospheric Spacecraft SOHO EUV Imaging Telescope EIT is an Extreme UltraViolet EUV CCD Change Collecting Device camera. As a part of the CCD screening effort, the quantum efficiency QE of a prototype CCD has been measured in the NRL EUV laboratory over the wavelength range of 256 to 735 Angstroms. A simplified model has been applied to these QE measurements to illustrate the relevant physical processes that determine the performance of the detector. The charge transfer efficiency CTE characteristics of the Tektronix 1024 X 1024 CCD being developed for STISSOHO space imaging applications have been characterized at different signal levels, operating conditions, and temperatures using a variety of test methods. A number of CCDs have been manufacture using processing techniques developed to improve CTE, and test results on these devices will be used in determining the final chip design. In this paper, we discuss the CTE test methods used and present the results and conclusions of these tests.
