Abstract:

This report presents an overview of the U.S. Army personnel system for enlisted soldiers. Topics include the resources used to recruit qualified candidates, the preliminary screening undertaken with potential applicants, the testing procedure for all candidates, and the process of classification into military occupational specialties MOS.
