Abstract:

The National Security Agency NSA Trusted Product and Network Security Evaluations Division examined the security protection mechanisms provided by American Telephone and Telegraphs System VMLS Release l.2.O running on UNIX System V Release 3.1.1. It was evaluated against the DoD Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria TCSEC and the evaluation team determined that the system meets all criteria for the B1 level of trust. This report documents the findings of the evaluation.
