During the 3rd quarter, 1988, the contractor MDMSC completed process characterization of 20 Resource Control Centers RCCs at OC-ALC in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The process characterization was performed as a part of the Technology Insertion-Engineering Services TI-ES Program. MDMSC selected the repair processes within the RCC to be modeled based on the 8020 workload concept, i.e. 20 of the parts represent 80 of the workload. The repair processes were modeled for two purposes first, to establish a baseline from which improvements can be measured and second, to identify improvements. This Technology Insertion TIIndustrial Process Improvement IPI summary report for OC-ALC contains focus study and quick fix recommendations for 13 RCCs. These RCCs are MABPAB, MABPFF, MATPAA, MATPAB, MATPAT, MATPCA, MATPCB, MATPCC, MATPCD, MATPCM, MATPFA, MATPFE, MATPFF.
