From 26 May 1990 through 9 June 1990 the NADCERIM P-3SAR collected calibration data over Andros Island. Several calibration reflectors were deployed on the ground at Andros town. The P-3SAR typically imaged the reflectors during one pass at the start of each days flight and one pass at the end of the day. These images were quickly processed to verify focussing and linearity of the SAR. The calibration activity demonstrated that the P-3SAR was operating properly during the mission and that the data is calibratable.
