The security protection provided by the Unisys OS 1100 operating system, configured according to the most secure manner described in the Trusted Facility Manual 42, running on the 110090, the 2200200, or the System 11 as described on page 6, Hardware Overview, has been examined by the National Computer Security Center NCSC. The security features of OS 1100 were examined and tested against the requirements specified by the DoD Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria the Criteria dated December 1985 in order to establish a rating. This report documents the evaluation teams understanding of the security-relevant features of OS 1100. Based on this understanding, the evaluation team has determined OS 1100 to be Class B1. Security testing was performed by the vendor and the team. It has been determined that the security features are implemented as designed. All security-related documentation for the system has been reviewed and determined to be adequate and accurate.
