In this project, work focused on three major methodologies to simplify the performance of solid-phase immunoassays Immobilization of immunoglobulins on solid matrices by maintaining the specific binding activity of the idiotypic sites separation of bound from free antigen without users intervention and signal generation as a quantitative indicator of analyte concentration in samples.
