Abstract:

Contractor logistics support CLS is cradle to grave system support that is increasingly being used as an alternative to blue suit maintenance in areas where combat participation is not expected. However, there is a significant CLS funding shortfall for the tactical air forces TAF throughout the Five Year Defense Plan.
