California of the Millstone Hill radar is accomplished by the use of several calibration models. This report focuses on the two models used to calibrate azimuth and elevation. Data from both low-altitude and deep space satellites for the year 1989 were used for this study. Of particular interest is the variation of the calibration model parameters over time. This study considers the methods by which these parameters should optimally be determined, and the frequency with which they should be updated. In addition, attempts to model an unexplained jump seen in elevation residuals are discussed. Finally, the tiltmeter calibration models are examined.
