Abstract:

This report determines the feasibility of the development of a RS- 232-C digital protocol for Group 3 facsimile apparatus. Group 3 facsimile equipment, meeting the requirements established in CCITT Recommendation T.4 T. 30 is now used extensively throughout the world, and in particular, throughout the U.S. Government.
