The Ada 9X Project was initiated in October 1988 to revise ANSIMIL- STD-1815A. The Ada9X Project Office was established at the Air Force Armament Laboratory under the direction of Chris Anderson. The overall goal of the Ada 9X Project is to revise ANSIMIL-STD-1815A to reflect current essential requirements with minimum negative impact and maximum positive impact to the Ada community. The Ada 9X process is a revision and not a redesign of the language and should be viewed as a natural part of the maturation process. Requirements for the revision are based on input from the Ada community in the form of special studies, workshops, public meetings, Ada Language Issues, and revision requests. The Ada 9X Project Office conducted an open call for revision requests from October 1988 to October 1989. Individuals and groups were encouraged to submit requests for a particular revision of the language using the format shown in Appendix A. Revision requests are currently being reviewed by the Ada 9X project Requirements Team. The status of revision requests will be tracked throughout the Ada 9X revision process. This document contains Revision Requests 0151 through 0837. Requests are organized according to relevant sections in the Language Reference Manual, ANSIMIL-STD-1815A. Indices are proved to support reference by key technical terms, revision request number, revision request title, submitter, and organization.
