Abstract:

This paper documents the Time to Proficiency TTP Study, which is part of a large-scale research and development RD effort to develop a measurement technology for obtaining job performance data. TTP utilizes time- based supervisor rating forms to build an aptitudeexperience performance model. The model is described and the solution is presented for one Air Force specialty Avionic Communications Specialist, 328XO. A sensitivity analysis is presented and recommendations for further RD are discussed.
