This is a reference document on oceanography, meteorology, climate and ice conditions for the Norton Sound. The Norton Sound area is defined as the area between 160 degrees 30 min W to 170 degrees W, and 63 degrees 00N to 65 degrees 30 min N. The oceanography section contains information for waves, circulation, tides, currents, bathymetry, ice conditions and storm surges in the Norton Sound.
