Abstract:

This article discusses a number of important questions concerning relaxation processes the V-V energy transfer mechanism inside CO2v3 molecules the mechanisms involved in the main reactions of water on relaxation processes resonant energy transfer between nu1 and nu2 in CO2 similarities and differences in the relaxation rates for expansion and compression flows and, possibilities of non-equilibrium existing between different levels of rotational energy and between different levels of vibrational energy within the same vibrational mode. The article points out that it is necessary to do more detailed research on these questions. The content of these discussions is also appropriate for use with other gas laser systems.
