Abstract:

The mutagenic potential of NITROGUANIDINE was assessed by using the Ames SalmonellaMammalian Microsome Mutagenicity Test. Tester strains TA97, TA98, TA100, TA102, TA1535, TA1537, and TA1538 were exposed to doses ranging from 2.8 mgplate to 0.0875 mgplate.
