This report represents the tenth annual summary of The Ohio State University Joint Services Program JSEP. The transfer of the compact range technology initiated under JSEP support for time domain studies continues to make large advances. A new and yet improved design for the compact reflector has now been generated. As has been the case in recent years, the diffraction studies and the integral equation studies both continue to focus on the study of the interaction of electromagnetic energy with penetrable media. Progress can also be reported on several of the remaining very difficult diffraction processes for conducting bodies including that of corner and tip diffraction and edge wave contribution to scatteredradiated fields. The tip diffraction studies were highly successful and now a comparable advance is being made in the area of corner diffraction. The new Adaptive Array unit has shown substantial progress. JSEP support for the K-pulse studies for target identification terminated under the previous grant period.
