Abstract:

The GeneralFlag Officers Worldwide Roster is produced quarterly by Washington Headquarters Services from the GeneralFlag Officer Billet Information System FOBIS. FOBIS incumbent and position updates are provided monthly by the appropriate personnel offices of the Military Departments. These updates form the basis for the production of the Worldwide Roster, which is a reflection of current incumbents assigned to joint staff and command billets, and all Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force positions.
