Abstract:

This study was conducted to determine the cause of patient dissatisfaction relative to time waiting in the Department of Radiology at an Army Community Hospital. The intent of this study was to identify the area within the Department of Radiology which had problems that had an adverse impact on patient waiting time, and to identify the specific problems.
