Abstract:
Measurements of the gravity wave momentum flux have been carried out using the Poker Flat radar and the symmetrical two-beam method. The results for an eight-day averaging period give flux values between or- 1 m-sqsec-sq within a valid altitude range of 9 to 15 km.
