This report analyzed the impact of Regular Military Compensation RMC and Selective Reenlistment Bonuses SRB on quit rates and that of quit rates, training costs, and potential civilian wages of soldiers on SRB in a system of three stage least squares regressions. The results reveal that an increase in RMC and SRB reduces quit rates. Also, SRB is being rightly increased with an increase in training costs and civilian wages in both combat and non- combat arms groups of occupations.
