Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to review all aspects of the Reserve Officers Training Corps Program. To identify ways to ensure the viability of the program into the 1990s and beyond. The report analyses all aspects of the ROTC program. Areas of emphasis include advertising, recruiting, incentives, organization, staffing, training and education. Special emphasis was placed on ROTC contribution in supporting the Reserve Forces. The Junior ROTC program was also included in the scope of the study.
